This Privacy Policy applies to the VisionPix – AI Photo Editor mobile application ("Application"), operated by Bilal ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information Automatically Collected

When you use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

  • Device type and model
  • Operating system version
  • Application version
  • IP address
  • Device identifiers (where applicable)
  • Usage statistics
  • Crash reports and diagnostic information
  • Advertising identifiers (where permitted)

This information helps us improve the performance, security, reliability, and user experience of the Application.

Photos and Media

The Application requests access to your device's:

  • Photo Library
  • Camera
  • Media Files

These permissions are used only to:

  • Select photos for editing
  • Capture new photos
  • Save edited images
  • Create collages
  • Use AI-powered editing features

We access your photos only after you grant permission.

AI Photo Editing

The Application provides AI-powered editing features, including but not limited to:

  • AI Image Enhancement
  • AI Background Removal
  • AI Object Removal
  • AI Portrait Enhancement
  • AI Restoration
  • AI Filters and Effects
  • AI Image Generation
  • Other AI-powered editing features

When you use an AI feature, the image(s) you select may be securely transmitted to DeApi, our AI image processing service, solely to perform the editing request initiated by you.

Images are processed only for the requested AI operation.

We do not sell your photos or personal content.

Manual Editing

The Application also provides manual editing tools such as:

  • Crop
  • Rotate
  • Filters
  • Blur
  • Text
  • Frames
  • Adjustments
  • Stickers
  • Collage creation

These editing features operate using the photos you choose.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide AI editing services
  • Provide manual editing tools
  • Create photo collages
  • Improve Application performance
  • Diagnose crashes and technical issues
  • Analyze feature usage
  • Display advertisements
  • Process subscriptions
  • Maintain security
  • Comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services, including:

  • Google AdMob
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Apple In-App Purchases
  • DeApi (AI image processing)

These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.

AI Processing

AI-powered editing is performed using DeApi.

When you use AI features, selected images may be transmitted securely to DeApi for processing.

Processing occurs only to provide the AI editing functionality requested by you.

Data handling by DeApi is governed by its own privacy practices.

AI Processing, Photos Containing Faces, and Data Retention

VisionPix provides AI-powered photo editing through deAPI, a third-party AI processing service operated by CoinAxe Ltd.

When you use an AI-powered editing feature, the photo you select is transmitted directly from your device to deAPI to perform the AI operation you requested. VisionPix does not upload or store the selected photo on a VisionPix-controlled server for AI processing.

The selected photo may contain people, faces, or other personal information visible in the image. VisionPix does not use submitted photos to identify individuals and does not create facial recognition profiles, facial templates, face embeddings, or biometric identifiers from submitted photos. Faces appearing in a submitted photo are processed only as part of the requested AI image-editing operation.

Before the photo is transmitted, VisionPix displays an AI Processing Disclosure that explains what photo will be transmitted, identifies deAPI as the third-party AI processing service, explains the purpose of the transmission, and requires the user to provide consent by selecting Continue.

The selected photo is transmitted directly from the user's device to deAPI. deAPI states that API-submitted data may be processed using its distributed third-party GPU infrastructure. Where an External Model is used, deAPI's Terms state that the request may also be transmitted to the applicable independent third-party provider.

deAPI states that prompts and generated content are not stored permanently and may be retained for a short period after processing for operational and reliability purposes. deAPI's Privacy Policy specifically states that API logs are retained for 90 days; it does not specify one universal retention period for every submitted image.

VisionPix does not intentionally retain the submitted photo on its own systems after the requested AI operation. Retention or processing on deAPI's infrastructure or third-party processing systems is governed by the applicable deAPI privacy practices and terms and may not be under VisionPix's direct control. deAPI also states that it does not use submitted data for AI model training.

VisionPix does not use submitted photos for advertising or facial recognition.

Advertising

The Application may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Advertising providers may collect information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, usage information, advertising data, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and related purposes, subject to applicable permissions and privacy settings.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The Application uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request your permission to access the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and to allow certain advertising-related tracking.

When required, the Application will display Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt before accessing information used for tracking.

If you grant permission, advertising partners such as Google AdMob may use the advertising identifier and other permitted information to provide, personalize, measure, and improve advertisements.

If you deny permission, the Application will not access the advertising identifier for tracking purposes. You may change your tracking preference at any time through your device's Settings.

Your choice regarding App Tracking Transparency does not prevent you from using the Application or its core photo-editing features.

Google AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and documentation.

In-App Purchases

Premium features are available through Apple In-App Purchases.

Payments are processed directly by Apple.

We do not collect, process, or store your payment card information.

Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Application and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Photos submitted for AI editing are processed by deAPI and may be temporarily retained for operational and reliability purposes. VisionPix does not intentionally retain the submitted photo on its own systems after the requested AI operation. Retention on deAPI or third-party processing infrastructure is subject to their applicable privacy practices and terms.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent where applicable
  • Object to certain processing activities

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located in countries other than your own.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred and processed where our service providers operate.
