By using AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated results may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free.

  • Generated content may vary for the same input.

  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome from AI processing.

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content.

The Application is intended for creative and entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content that you upload, edit, generate, or create using the Application.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have permission to use any content submitted to the Application.

  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

  • Your content does not violate applicable laws or regulations.

You remain solely responsible for all content you upload or create using the Application.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Application to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Impersonate any person or organization.

  • Generate deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content.

  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Application's operation.

  • Circumvent subscription, licensing, or security mechanisms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Subscription Information

AI Photo Editor Studio may offer optional auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features, AI tools, filters, effects, templates, exports, and advanced editing capabilities.

Billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

  • Subscription pricing and available plans may vary by country and region.

Managing Subscriptions

You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your App Store account settings.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • AdMob

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Apple In-App Purchases

  • AI processing providers

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

7. Internet Connectivity

Certain features require an active internet connection.

You are responsible for:

  • Internet access charges

  • Mobile data usage fees

  • Roaming charges

  • Charges imposed by your mobile carrier

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by network issues, carrier restrictions, or internet outages.

8. Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

We recommend that you do not jailbreak, root, or otherwise modify your device's operating system, as doing so may affect functionality, security, and performance of the Application.

The Application, including but not limited to:

  • Design

  • User interface

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Text

  • Features

is owned by the Service Provider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

10. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the Application available and functioning properly; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify features

  • Add or remove functionality

  • Release updates

  • Restrict access

  • Suspend or discontinue the Application

at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • Business interruption

  • Damages arising from AI-generated content

13. Termination

Upon termination, your rights to use the Application immediately cease.
