These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the VisionPix – AI Photo Editor mobile application ("Application"), operated by Bilal ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute the Application.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Application except where permitted by law.
  • Sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application.
  • Use the Application for unlawful purposes.

2. AI Photo Editing Services

The Application provides AI-powered image editing features, including but not limited to:

  • AI Image Enhancement
  • AI Background Removal
  • AI Object Removal
  • AI Restoration
  • AI Filters
  • AI Portrait Editing
  • AI Style Effects
  • Other AI-powered editing tools

To provide these features, images you choose to edit may be securely transmitted to DeApi, our AI processing service.

By using AI features, you authorize the processing of your selected images solely for providing the requested editing functionality.

AI-generated results may vary depending on image quality, prompts, and the underlying AI technology. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always meet your expectations or be free from errors.

3. Manual Editing Features

The Application also includes manual editing tools such as:

  • Crop
  • Rotate
  • Filters
  • Text
  • Frames
  • Adjustments
  • Stickers
  • Blur
  • Other editing tools

These features are provided for your convenience and creative use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the images you upload or have permission to use them.
  • Your content does not infringe the rights of others.
  • Your content does not violate any applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and edit.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Application to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Generate deceptive or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Application.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Certain features are available only through a premium subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged upon purchase confirmation.

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings.

Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the Application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

Purchasing a premium subscription may remove some or all advertisements.

8. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, graphics, software, logos, icons, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Application without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The Application and all AI-generated content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Availability
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Suitability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

AI-generated results should be reviewed before being relied upon for important or professional purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Application.
  • AI-generated results.
  • Loss of data.
  • Service interruptions.
  • Third-party services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application or subscription during the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Apple In-App Purchases
  • Google AdMob
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • DeApi (AI image processing)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Changes to the Application

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Application at any time without prior notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated Effective Date will be posted.

Continued use of the Application after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
